These terms apply to your use of palynn.com, the Palynn waitlist and the Palynn beta (together, “Palynn”). By using Palynn you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Palynn.

What Palynn is

Palynn helps you explore an idea you’ve been thinking about by suggesting a first move, an honest Reality Check and a short experiment. Palynn is in early development. Features may change, pause or stop, and the beta may be unavailable at times.

Plans are a starting point, not professional advice

• Reality Checks and plans are generated with AI and public information from the web. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
• Always check details yourself before you go anywhere, book anything or spend money, including opening times, prices, availability, requirements and whether a place still exists.
• Palynn is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, career or other professional advice, and it is not crisis support. If you’re in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact local emergency services; in the US you can call or text 988.

Places and people we mention

Palynn may point you to third-party places, events, classes, websites and people who have shared their stories publicly. We don’t own or control them, and mentioning them isn’t an endorsement or a guarantee. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

Your safety and choices

You decide whether to act on anything Palynn suggests. Use your own judgment, take sensible precautions, and stay within the law and any rules of the places you visit. You take part in activities at your own risk.

Using Palynn fairly

Please don’t:

• use Palynn for anything illegal or harmful, or to harm or harass others;
• enter other people’s personal information without their permission;
• try to disrupt, overload, copy or misuse the service, including automated access or getting around limits such as the beta access code; or
• share your beta access code publicly.

We may limit or end access for anyone who doesn’t follow these terms.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you type into Palynn. You allow us to use it to run and improve Palynn, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re welcome to use your own plans however you like. The Palynn name, logo, illustrations, website design and text belong to Palynn and may not be copied without permission.

No guarantees

Palynn is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or right for your situation, or that following a plan will lead to any particular result.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Palynn won’t be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party places, events, websites or people, or from decisions you make based on a plan. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes

We may update these terms as Palynn grows. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and let people on the waitlist know about significant changes. Using Palynn after a change means you accept the updated terms.
